１．How are the tracks recorded?

We followed the same approach as we do with any of our studio album recordings, focused on capturing the authenticity of a live performance, just as they did back in the 50s and 60s. All tracks are recorded with real drums, guitar amps and double bass. Captured with high-end microphones, valve mic amps and EQ. The final masters are run through analogue half inch tape.

2．Am I allowed to do a commercial release with your backing tracks?

We are happy for you to record yourself using our backing tracks for promotional and personal use only. You can add your vocals to our tracks and post on your social media profiles, however, releasing a track for commercial purposes it's strictly prohibited.

4．Can your backing tracks be supplied with certain instruments removed?

Yes, we do offer custom backing tracks options. You can select specific elements you’d like to exclude from the backing track and we’ll send them to you. Just purchase the track you wish from our website and send us a message with your desired adjustments.

5．Where can I  download my Multitrack order? 

Multitracks are too big to be held on our server so, once your order has been placed, a download link will be sent manually to you. The link can take up to 48 hours to arrive and if you place your order outside of UK office hours we will attend to it the next working day.

6．Can you supply backing tracks in different keys?

Yes. Bear in mind that key changing software will only work successfully 2 semitones maximum up or down(*). To request key changes, place your order in the usual way, then contact us with details of the key changes you require. No extra charge for this service.

*For changes of more than 2 semitones or if you would like the best quality results we will be happy to quote you a price to re-record any track professionally in the studio.

7．Do you offer refunds? 

We do not. Once a track is purchased we cannot offer a refund (as with any digital music purchase). You are strongly advised to check all track information before purchasing to ensure the track is suitable. We can, of course, change the key should you require (where available).

8．Can you supply backing tracks of songs that aren't in your catalogue?

Yes. We'll be adding up tracks to our catalogue frequently, and we are up for taking suggestions. Get in touch and let us know the track you’d like us to record.

9．Do you offer music production services?
